Conditions

RESERVATION: you may make a reservation by our  internet booking form, by email, fax, telephone or post.  We will then contact you to confirm availability and hold your booking for seven days  so that you can sign and return your printed booking contract with the 30%  deposit 

Camping plot (reservation minimum stay 1 week.
 We no longer take bookings for arrivals between 14/07 -»  20/08 ) 
If you arrive before the evening there are always plots available

CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation, total or partial, of which we must be informed in writing (by registered letter), the following conditions will apply:

  • more than 45 days  5% of the total amount will be charged

  • less than 45 days more than 30 days 20% of the total amount will be charged

  • less than 30 days more than one week 50% of the total amount will be charged

  • less than one week 80% of the total amount will be charged

  • if you do not arrive 90% of the total amount will be charged

  • there is no refund for a stay cut short

PAYMENT:  the remaining amount is payable    2 weeks before you arrive.  

No discount will be given for late arrival or early departure

RENTAL DEPOSIT: upon arrival a refundable deposit of   230 € for each mobile home is required.  This deposit is refundable within   48 hours of your departure, after any deductions for breakages or damage.

The price does not include cleaning. There is a cleaning charge of 35€   

( does not include WASHING UP or cleaning CHAIR COVERS )  

Upon arrival you will be given an inventory.  You must check it and report any discrepancies the same day. 

YOUR STAY:  

Arrivals take place on Saturdays ( in peak season ) from 17.00 h and departures by 10.00 h

The price includes water, gas, electricity, pool access.  It doesn't include "taxe de séjour" which is 0.30€  per person per day ( excluding children under 12 )

We do not provide linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels).  Possibility of rental.

CAMPSITE RULES: Every guest must conform with the campsite rules (displayed at reception) and safety regulations. 

 No additional persons in mobile homes beyond the stated capacity.

Dogs and cats must hold proof of up to date injections.  Animals must be kept under control at all times.  Owners are expected to clean up after their pets.

   Pets aren't allowed in the rentals without prior agreement.

Every guest must be adequately insured; the campsite won't be held responsible for any theft, fire, weather conditions etc... and, in case of accident or damage, however caused, the campsite accepts no liability
